Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time HR Education & Development Consultant to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The HR Education and Development Consultant creates, develops, implements, and conducts training and development programs for supervisors, staff, and the HR team that are consistent with organizational and departmental goals. This position assists in the implementation of processes and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance the experience of employees and the people we serve.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, adult education, organizational development, or related field
• Two years of experience in at least two of the following: human resources, organizational development, leadership development, talent management, adult learning or employee engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with all levels, including executives
• Strong presentation skills with ability to design effective training and development programs
• Proficient computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn new programs
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Valid drivers license
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or OD certification
