What are we looking for?

If you are passionate about agile methodologies, have a technical background and a good level of English, we are looking forward to having you as part of Accenture's Agile Chapter.

Your responsabilities:

• Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
• Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
• Facilitates the collaborative work in agile teams
• Protects the teams, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Issues and risk management.
• Communicate with the product owner to understand user stories
• Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity
• Defines the sprint plan with the team
• Participates in backlog refinement sessions, helping the Scrum Team improve the Product Backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
• Collaborate to track the project progress by using the corresponding metrics: burndown, velocity, burn up ... charts

Technical Requirements:

• Scrum Master with good knowledge of Agile implementatios with at least 5 years of experience
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Experience in working in multiple teams - facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations in teams
• Help teams realize dependencies early in the day and resolve the same.
• Spanish and English mandatory
• Experience or knowledge in e-commerce will be considered a strong plus.
