Associate, Integrated Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, extremely detail-driven, and results-oriented Associate Manager to join Fortune’s Integrated Marketing team. This role will be committed to primarily supporting Fortune Sales in driving advertising and partnership revenue across all our media platforms, including digital, conferences, video, vodcast, print, social and more.
In this position, you will support senior marketing colleagues in the pre-sales process by joining brainstorms, writing recaps, running audience and data requests and creating proposal slides. You will lead the pre-sales process of ad-based marketing partnerships for lower budget proposals and client follow-ups, from ideation to RFP completion and proposal submission, with the goal of achieving revenue targets. You will provide support to senior partnership marketing colleagues as needed, including but not limited to generic sales materials updates for both media and events, maintaining RFP trackers and pricing documents, and more. You will closely work with team members from across the company, including Sales, Conference Sales, Editorial, Account Management, Activation, Research, Brand Strategy, Product and Fortune Brand Studio, as you effectively manage and lead brainstorms, edit ideation, kickoff meetings, follow-up brainstorm recaps, custom decks and sales materials, as well as help develop compelling programs and provide support for adhoc programs designed to achieve revenue goals. Ultimately, a successful Associate Manager will efficiently manage the pre-sales process by delivering partnership proposals that exceed expectations and lead to sold partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities
Team members play an integral role in driving ad sales revenue and are responsible for conceiving and communicating creative marketing solutions that leverage the full portfolio of the company’s multiplatform assets. The aim is to build platforms and franchises, not just materials. Messages and communications, not simply decks and sell sheets. Team members are expected to be engaged and be partners and strategists. They should treat their roles and responsibilities like they are a small business and each team member is in charge of their business.

This position is based in New York, NY (5x days/week), and reports to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
Total Compensation:
Base Salary of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
