Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and leveraging global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets to achieve project goals. You will engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure that the delivery meets the highest standards of security and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. - Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain integration with various systems and applications. - Configure SailPoint IIQ components such as provisioning policies, role-based access controls, and certifications. - Implement identity lifecycle management processes. - Debug and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementations. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. - Design the overall architecture for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations. - Define integration strategies with other IAM tools and enterprise systems. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - Ensure best practices in SailPoint IIQ implementation and development. - Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. - Implement governance processes for identity and access management. - Optimize system performance and scalability. - Conduct regular reviews of the architecture to ensure alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives. - Present architectural designs and strategies to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity governance and administration. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience in project management methodologies. - Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
