Responsibilities:

• Monitor the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project plans, timeframes, and estimates.
• Manage workload to ensure an even distribution of responsibilities.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables meet the statement of work and service level agreements.
• Track delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, accountability, and impact.

• Mastery in Account Delivery Management.
• Mastery in Business Operations Management.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
