Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Program Director 1 to join the B-2 Enterprise team. The primary location for this position is Oklahoma City, OK with some travel to other B-2 program operating locations (Palmdale, etc.).
The Development Operating Unit position will report to the VP of Programs and be responsible for the following:
- Integration and delivery of IFC’s (Integrated Functional Capability) to the B-2 fleet which includes full lifecycle cost estimation, execution, and management of hardware and software development programs
- Execution of B-2 weapons programs with strategic feedback to B-2 capture leads on shaping future awards and growth for the B-2 Enterprise
- Engage, shape and partner with United States Air Force counterparts as the development unit leader to ensure seamless execution and funding of B-2 programs
- Participate in executive leadership shaping of strategic efforts to the B-2’s long range penetrating strike capabilities including weapons, communications, lethality, and low observable growth objectives
- Expand organic US Air Force partnerships (509th, etc.) and establishing a strong alignment with B-2 lab support growth to ensure test facilities and assets support long term B-2 development programs

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below
- Related experience includes a background in Program Management, Program Integration Lead, and/or Project Management Lead
- 6 years of experience in a leadership and/or lead role
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) that is in-scope (granted or renewed within the last 6 years)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance, in-scope
- Current/Active Special Program Access (SAP)
- Program Management experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- 10 years of formal leadership experience
Salary Range: $177,800.00 - $266,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
