We are looking for Consultants and Managers to be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O), based in Madrid or Barcelona—two of Europe’s most dynamic cities, combining a strong international business ecosystem with exceptional quality of life.

We are especially interested in professionals who are AI‑literate, data‑driven, or highly motivated to take on the AI challenge, with experience in:

1) End‑to‑end Supply Chain & Operations Transformation

Shape and deliver large‑scale SC&O transformations, driving initiatives across logistics, fulfillment, transportation, planning, procurement, and operations. Translate strategy into implementable, technology‑enabled roadmaps with clear value tracking and measurable outcomes.

2) Procurement & Supplier Transformation with Sustainability Embedded

Support the transformation of procurement processes and supplier evaluation models, embedding objective, defensible sustainability and ESG criteria. Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to enhance supplier insights and align with existing supplier ecosystems.

3) AI & Advanced Analytics Value Management in Operations

Work with client business and technology teams to identify, structure, prioritize, and scale AI and analytics use cases across operations.
Define ways of working, governance, and value realization frameworks across the full lifecycle—from ideation and pilot to production, scaling, and continuous improvement.
We welcome profiles with hands‑on AI experience as well as those eager to deepen their AI capabilities and apply them to real operational challenges.

4) Operating Model, Organization Design & Operational Excellence

Design pragmatic operating models and organizational improvements, including governance structures, capability building (continuous improvement, digitalization, data & AI literacy), service sourcing models, and performance management. Prioritize initiatives and drive execution in complex, data‑rich environments.

Preferred Skills & Profile

• Experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Supply Chain & Operations
• Strong interest in AI, analytics, and digital transformation, with ambition to continuously learn and innovate
• Ability to execute projects end‑to‑end and bring AI‑enabled, value‑driven solutions to clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results at all organizational levels
• Drive, ambition, and initiative to help grow Accenture’s business at functional and industry level
• People development and team‑building skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
• Location: Madrid or Barcelona
