The Opportunity:
Join Allegro MicroSystems' Human Resources team in a pivotal role focused on our compensation and benefits programs. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Compensation Program Management:
Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs.
Audit job content and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position.
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
Recommend company salary structure movements and salary increase budgets.
Prepare special studies and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.
Ensure company compliance with government laws covering compensation practices.
Benefits Program Management:
Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer benefits policies and programs.
Design and communicate the company’s benefits program plan options and features, coordinating with the HR Benefits Delivery team for enrollment requirements.
Analyze cost containment strategies for benefits.
Survey market data to determine the company’s competitive position in employee benefits.
May assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.
May be involved with the communication and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives.
Ensure company compliance with government laws covering benefits practices.
Policy, Process & Compliance:
Review and prepare internal policies and manuals of procedures.
Lead continuous process improvements and support Company initiatives.
May administer both domestic and international programs.
Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of work experience in the field of Payroll or Human Resources.
Experience in Benefits design work.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledgeable in wage and salary administration.
Familiar with Minimum wage and Labor Laws.
Excellent skills in MS Office.
Strong qualitative analytical skills.
Knowledge in HRIS or Workday is an advantage.
Experience in handling Shared Services with diverse culture is a plus.
