Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join Neuralink’s small but mighty Legal team! You will advise on transactions supporting the multidimensional teams at Neuralink, including engineering, preclinical, procurement, finance, clinical, construction, and operations. Our ideal candidate operates with a relentless sense of urgency, appropriately balances and clearly communicates legal and business risks, loves learning and deeply engaging with deep tech, and shares our passion in restoring autonomy to those with unmet medical needs.
