Role: Veterinary Surgeon (Primary Care)

Salary: Up to £65,000 D.O.E.

Location: Eastcott Veterinary Hospital, Swindon

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 40 hours a week, 4-day week with a 1 in 8 weekends (with 2 days in lieu the following week) Minimal on-call as ECC team on site.

We are seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a Surgical Certificate (or currently pursuing one), who excels in communication and teamwork to work alongside a team of 13 Vets. This exciting role is primarily based at our main hospital but also includes rotations through our consulting-only branches.

  • Veterinary Degree Registrable in the UK enabling full MRCVS status

About Us

Our well-equipped practice, dedicated to our fantastic primary care team is set within a large hospital that also houses a multi-disciplinary referral team. Eastcott is based in Swindon with the main site in Dorcan, and smaller branches in North Swindon and Old Town.  

We provide 24-hour emergency services and routine primary care for small animals, working separately – albeit closely - with the referral and ECC department.
