Role and responsibilities

Delivering the best employee experience by ensuring accurate and effective transaction handling. Supporting onboarding administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving, including:

  • Handle inquiries, registration, escalating and resolving queries related to onboarding process in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working.

  • Perform the relevant administrative and operational activities within scope of the team, working under supervision. Work is governed by a limited variety of well-defined procedures and standardized routines.

  • Signal discrepancies and issues in the work processes, take ownership for resolving mistakes. Identify possibilities for improvements to minimize waste, increase efficiency and improve quality & customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for own KPI delivery, and contributes to team KPIs; understand the data and the concerns regarding.

  • Stay in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations.

Education and experience

  • Limited or general working experience .

  • English knowledge: Can communicate with a strong degree of fluency and produce clear and detailed text.

  • Data analytics (Excel) experience: able to create insight by using basic functions (formulas) and charts.

  • Navigates all relevant systems/processes for transactions independently. Understands and is able to work within the full scope of the system/process and is able to perform basic troubleshooting activities.

  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

  • Proven experience in delivery of basic and medium process improvements.

  • Shares ideas and communicates clearly, concisely and directly to peers and customers. Demonstrates openness when discussing organizational initiatives within the team.

  • Handles confidential information with integrity.

  • Shows proactive flexible behavior. Is able to prioritize activities in case of changing goals, circumstances and people.

  • Uses customer perspective to implement optimal solutions. Understands own role within the service delivery and delivers the employee experience accordingly.

  • Pro-actively searches for and takes initiative on improvement opportunities.
