This job is responsible for supporting the Compliance Management in regulatory matters, internal policies, monitoring and reporting processes.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Monthly review of AML prevention alerts and report to local regulatory entity.
  • Analysis of premium payments and claims.
  • Control of PEP’s and terrorists.
  • Survey of the information to the areas involved.
  • AML training for all employees in Andean region and Argentina, considering any regulatory change.
  • Daily regulatory review (control entities requirements) and communication to the responsible areas regarding all companies of Assurant group.
  • Provide answer to circulars from different courts related to money laundering cases.
  • Update of information required by control entities (insurance regulatory entity, Privacy Data protection regulatory entity, consumer protection control entity.
  • Update of working procedure manuals for the area.
  • Management of the regulatory repository.
  • Compliance’s Vendors Bill payment processing.
  • Analysis of due diligence for clients and vendors (Exiger system).
  • Develop strategies and coordinate efforts to communicate to employees Assurant policies regarding ethics and the code of conduct.
  • Develop strategies and coordinate efforts for local implementation of ESG regulations and corporate policies
  • Develop strategies and coordinate efforts to apply fraud prevention procedures and case analysis.
