Job Description:

Operator, Visual inspection (Healon products)
As an operator you are responsible for labelling, visual inspection and autoclaving of filled cylinders. Handling of logbooks and records. Be open to also performing tasks related to dissolution & filling and the work steps involved.  Perform daily work according to the department’s specific procedures and in compliance with GMP requirements.

Main responsibilities

Visual inspection of filled cylinders

  • Inspect according to standards and complete cassettes.

Labelling of filled cylinders

  • Incoming inspection of labels.
  • Prepare and set up the vision system.

Autoclaving of product

  • Prepare the product autoclave.
  • Autoclave and verify/inspect printouts.

Other tasks

  • Record and logbook management.
  • Perform cleaning and line clearance. 
  • Handling of samples.
  • Quality assessment of inspected syringes.

Requirements

  • Upper secondary education (high school) and experience from process work
  • Basic knowledge of GMP
  • Good command of Swedish (both spoken and written); able to read and understand English

  • Be able to have a good overview of tasks, take initiative
  • Physically fit, as the work can sometimes be physically demanding
