• 具有工程专业背景大专及以上学历，或相应的工作经验；

College or University diploma in Engineering or equivalent in work experience;

• 具有在汽车行业2年以上产品开发的相关经验；

With 2 years or more experience in product development while working within the automotive industry;

• 熟悉产品设计方法以及机械制图，ＧＤ＆Ｔ等标准；

Thorough knowledge of product design techniques, mechanical drawing standards and GD&T;

• 具有良好的沟通能力，无论在公司内部以及与客户、供应商之间；

Effective communication skills both within the company and dealing directly with customers and suppliers;

• 熟悉标准的项目管理工具和微软办公软件, CATIA, UG, AUTOCAD；

Working knowledge of standard program management tools and MS computer programs and CATIA, UG, AUTOCAD;

• 具有使用标准测量设备的能力以及产品检具和属性规的能力。

Capable of using standard measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers and have working knowledge of proper use of checking fixtures and attribute gauges.

• 能熟练运用FMEA、APQP等质量工具。

Good understanding of FMEA 、APQP.
