In this job, you will:
Assisting in all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting and forecasting
Preparing monthly forecasts and Operation Review packages and analysis for senior management
Collaborating with Propulsion Systems leadership team on financial planning and analysis
Supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) process for the business unit including multi-year awards, sales, profit, operating cash, investment and balance sheet forecasts and analysis
Teaming with business unit and division FP&A on consolidation and reporting of quarterly and annual deliverables in support of the external SEC reporting and earnings release
Interfacing and coordinating with operating unit management teams regarding all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions
Collaborating with the division and NG Space sector financial reporting teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the financial planning, reporting, and close process
Business unit subject matter expert for financial reporting systems
Coordinating with division and sector business management on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
Performing miscellaneous financial support and project work, as required
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Level 4 - Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline– OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas)
No clearance required to start
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry
Costpoint or SAP experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience collaborating with technical functions or a project/program
Executive presentation skills
Accounting knowledge including balance sheet and income statement analysis
Cognos Analytics experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
