We are seeking a talented individual to join Mercer Investments Japan. This role will be based in Tokyo (Roppongi), Japan. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

- 委託運用サービス（OCIO）においては、このマネージャー・リサーチをもとに、複数のマネージャーおよび戦略を組み合わせたマネージャー・オブ・マネージャーによるソリューションのほか、シングル・マネージャー戦略を機関投資家に提供しています。
- マーサーのグローバル資本市場ならびに各資産クラスに関するリサーチ等の知見をもとに、幅広い資産クラスを網羅する長期的なストラテジック・アセット・アロケーション（SAA）に加え、中期的な投資環境を踏まえたダイナミック・アセット・アロケーション（DAA）を活用したソリューションも提供しています。
- 本ポジションは、これらマーサーのグローバルプラットフォームを活用し、プロダクトマネジャー（オルタナティブ商品担当）として日本国内の事業拡大に貢献いただきます。リーダーシップを期待されるシニアレベルのポジションです。
We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：
- 営業部門、ポートフォリオマネジャー、その他社内チームと連携し、クライアントへの提案活動をけん引する。
- 企業年金、公的年金、機関投資家に向けて、商品・顧客知識、運用戦略の理解を基に当社委託運用ソリューションビジネスにおけるプロダクトやソリューションを紹介するとともに当社ビジネス開拓を支援。
- セミナーや外部会議、メディアでの発言や情報発信を通じて、当社ブランド向上に貢献する。
- リーダー陣と協働し、日本市場における短期的・長期的な商品戦略やスキームを策定する。
What you need to have / 応募要件：
- 投資運用業界での10～15年程度の実務経験
- オルタナティブ商品、特にプライベートアセット戦略に関する実務経験
- 機関投資家（企業年金、公的年金など）向けの提案・営業経験があれば尚可
- 多様な投資商品や運用戦略を扱った経験
- 大学卒業以上（金融、経済、ビジネス、または関連分野が望ましい）
- 資格（例：CFA、CAIAなどの金融関連資格があれば尚可）
