DESCRIPTION:
Lead a sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting revenue growth and market expansion through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationships. As a Sales Manager, you'll develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, support team development, and contribute to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Work collaboratively across divisions to deliver solutions while maintaining strong customer partnerships and achieving growth targets. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and expanding Thermo Fisher Scientific's presence across Costa Rica for the Customer Channel Group (CCG). This role leads the commercial strategy, develops strong customer relationships, and executes sales initiatives to achieve business objectives while promoting the company's Mission and values.
The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Care, Technical Support, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional commercial leadership, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and sustainable business growth.
