Director, Human Resources
The Role
As Director, Human Resources, you’ll be leading, influencing, and executing forward-thinking HR strategies that enable the Workplace Investing Client Engagement Group (Sales, Relationship Management, Workplace Insights, and Workplace Consulting) to exceed prospect/client expectations.
By partnering closely with leaders, you’ll shape talent strategies, enhance the associate experience, and align people initiatives with critical business priorities—making a direct and visible impact. Bring your expertise in building and coaching high-performing teams while driving engagement and innovation across a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
We’re looking for deep experience partnering with business leaders to drive meaningful outcomes through people strategies, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end talent practices. The ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments—collaborate with senior executives, influence key decisions, and deliver thoughtful, practical solutions. We’re also looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead and support organizational change and to shape workforce strategies that enable growth and adaptability.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
Approaching challenges with strong analytical thinking—interpreting workforce data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive results, is key. Also, having the confidence to take initiative and work with a high degree of autonomy, balance accountability with sound judgment, even when faced with uncertainty will be essential to success in this role. Critical will be your ability to build trusted relationships, coach leaders, and provide tailored support that reflects a deep understanding of associate and business needs.
If you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, bring strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, coordinate and execute initiatives with an end-to-end mindset while engaging stakeholders thoughtfully through change, and have the ability to think holistically about how work is designed and delivered, this role is for you.
