As a Senior Workfront Product Manager (Senior Digital Product Manager), your role involves strategically balancing business and technology priorities to deliver impactful business outcomes. Your expertise spans the entire product development life cycle, from identifying customer needs to defining user experiences, ensuring successful launches, and driving ongoing enhancements. You adeptly navigate the intersection of business needs and technological feasibility, ensuring that product solutions align with organizational goals. You’re intuitive and can understand pain points and translate them into actionable features within the product ecosystem. As a product leader you will be responsible for defining a product vision and strategy that is aligned with our 3-5 year long term strategy.

Seasoned Leadership: With 10+ years of experience, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and foster a collaborative environment.

Workfront Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in supporting Workfront within a large enterprise context.

Asset Management and/or Financial Services Industry: Experience in these domains is a significant plus.

Technical Acumen: While not a developer, you’re comfortable discussing technical concepts and collaborating with engineering teams.

Problem-Solving: You thrive on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.

Hands On:  As a practitioner, you not only demonstrate your ability to lead strategically, but you are also able to dive into the practical aspects of the job Curiosity and Adaptability: You’re naturally curious, always seeking new ways to improve processes and drive success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business unit partners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Passion for Impact: You’re not just building products; you’re shaping how the world approaches successful retirement planning.

Influence:  You can influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters concerning product development

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

* In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
