What You’ll Do:
Business Development (70%):
Identify and pursue qualified sales leads through cold-calling and networking.
Develop and execute a prospecting plan targeting top prospects.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, including senior executives and procurement managers.
Continuously evaluate clients’ business environments to identify opportunities where Maritz solutions can add value.
Create compelling value propositions and sales strategies aligned with clients’ business priorities.
Successfully transition sold business to our Event Operations team.
Client Retention (20%):
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business partner.
Gain deep insights into clients’ businesses to identify new sales opportunities.
Ensure service excellence and manage client expectations through project changes.
Develop strategic networking plans within clients’ decision-making hierarchies.
Collaborate closely with Meeting Event Managers on all aspects of client programs.
Administrative (10%):
