Facilities Coordinator 사원급 (강남 근무)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client/Stakeholder Management

    • Issue the access card and arrange the locker for new hire

    • Support access card issuance and access-related requests for employees, visitors and contractors.

    • Collect and/or receive mail and courier deliveries, receipting in register and informing relevant staff

    • Resolve problems associated with all building services including: Janitorial, mailroom support, parking, badging, conference rooms and supplies

    • Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support of facilities issues

    • Ensure any faults or defects are noted and reported to ensure an outstanding client experience

    • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding such information as: locations of buildings, local services and local amenity information Procurement & Vendor Management

    • Manage multiple vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget

    • Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices

    • Support day-to-day office and workplace operations to ensure a safe, efficient and well-maintained client-site environment.

  • Risk Management

    • Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program

    • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans

    • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

    • Support EHS-related administrative activities, regular checklists, escalation and incident reporting procedures.

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement target

MAJOR CAPABILITIES

Ideal Experience

  • Min. 1 year of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field

  • Experience of working in environment

  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services

  • An understanding of basic technical aspects of property

  • Client Focus & Relationship Management

    • Ease of interaction with a wide range and wide level of client staff

    • Ability to manage conflict and balance between client and firm requirements

    • Has a customer-oriented attitude

    • Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service

  • Project Management & Organizational Skills

    • Organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines

    • Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
