Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist Team Lead to supervise all routine works and products offered related to treasury market settlement operations, and ensure they are in compliance with Branch’s strategies and policies set out in oversea units and relevant circulars, AML, compliance and all other regulatory requirements; 
  • To assist Team Lead to monitor daily processing, include Deal Booking Control, Fund Settlement, Financial Booking, and Post-Deal Control;
  • To assist Team Lead and constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity;
  • To support as a checker for daily operations;
  • To provide support or work with Global Markets Division for Asia, Marketing, Interbank counterparties, in related to treasury market transactions; and
  • To follow standard procedures to comply with local, Japanese and foreign regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS) and assist Team Lead to monitor routine operations in treasury office.


Job Requirements: 

  • Tertiary education or above;
  • Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in treasury;
  • Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products, as well as AML requirements;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Computer literacy with good excel skills; and
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
