We are looking for a Billing Associate, who speaks Dutch, to carry out invoicing for all customers in the Benelux region, ensure its completeness and transmit invoices to customers in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems.
  • Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
  • Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.
  • Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).
  • Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Dutch language level B2/C1.
  • English level B2/C1.
  • Experience in a billing or accounting department.
  • Ability to prioritize work within the team.
  • Strong attention to detail, rigorous.
  • Good knowledge of the office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs.
  • Knowledge of accounting.
