About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employees Benefits (EB) Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The EB Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the acquisition and retention of customers for employee benefits products. This role involves providing sales support through activities such as lead generation, sales training, product knowledge and sales collateral development. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to effectively sell employee benefits products to clients. This role will be responsible for creating and managing client-facing communications to ensure effective and consistent messaging across all client touchpoints.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Sales Enablement Specialist possesses a combination of quantitative, creative, project management, technical, and presentation skills to deliver impactful communications to clients, prospective clients, and members, fostering education and growth in the Great Lakes. Extensive software skills, multi-tasking proficiency, a professional demeanor, and exceptional organizational skills are necessary. The ideal person for this role will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skill and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Sales Collateral Development: Create sales collateral such as external presentations, brochures, case studies, Benefits Guides, and sale scripts that effectively communicate the benefits of the employee benefits products to potential clients. This may involve collaborating with Platform Communication Team and Home Office Marketing Team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Creating email drip campaigns for the distribution of the sales collateral.
Sales Support: Provide day-to-day support for the sales team by assisting with client meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, Requests for Proposals, and addressing client inquires or concerns. This may also involve coordinating with other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market trends to align sales strategies, share market insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Platform Communication Team, Home Office Marketing Team, and customer service to align sales strategies, share market insight and ensure customer experience specifically within the employee benefits products.
Assist Platform Communications Team with materials consolidation plan for the Platform creating consistent materials and templates across the Platform.
Prepare & summarize external reports or presentations working with Operations and Growth as needed.
Ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through ethics, integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Must be able to travel to Acrisure offices, client office and events as needed.

Education/Experience:
Previous experience in reporting directly to upper management a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a marketing related field preferred
Knowledge of employee benefits preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote preferred.
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, HubSpot (or similar) and Acrobat a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as high attention to detail
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
Demonstrate ability to think critically and solve problems autonomously.
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding copy writing and proofreading skills.
High level of creativity
Strong ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within specified timeframes.
Occasional travel may be required.
