What this opportunity involves:

We are looking for a Concierge Coordinator that will be working with the JLL Facilities Team and the Clients Workplace Experience team to create the best workplace in the Sydney office. This role will play a fundamental role in creating & delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner. 

A snapshot of the role;

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings

  • Provide registration support and issue access passes and visitor passes

  • Conference and meeting room scheduling and support

  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers

  • Receive incoming deliveries and manage the distribution

  • Provide Event support to large in-house Atlassian events as required

  • Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times

You will have relevant experience either in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles, with great customer service skills.

  • A pro-active, can-do attitude and a willingness to support a range of tasks from reception coverage, to email and ticket response and event set up.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

  • Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members

  • Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
