About This Role:
Carrier Global has a role open for an Order Management Manager to drive customer on-time-delivery for the Replacement Components business in North America. Partnering closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, the Manager will play a critical role in driving customer delivery assurance and delivering world-class customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Drive customer on-time delivery metrics which are aligned with customer expectations.
Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Sales and Customer service to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution with Operations.
Foster strong relationships to facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders
Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time during an 8–10 hour shift to maintain production flow
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
SAP experience
Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP)
Experience working in a customer facing role
Experience working with 3PL partners

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range:
The annual salary for this position is $120,000–$168,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
