Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing comprehensive cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments, often creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with organizational goals is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform deployment methodologies.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools related to cloud environments.
- Ability to design and validate architecture for security, scalability, and performance.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
