This role will work as part of a team of designers, engineers, and project managers to help deliver large-scale production of high-quality assets for Disney products. The successful candidate will learn new systems, gain an understanding of Disney brand values, demonstrate good design judgement, and have impeccable attention to detail. They will work well as part of a team, have great communication and organizational skills, and strive for high productivity.   

 

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do 

Key Accountabilities

  • · To follow prescribed workflow for large-scale asset production, ensuring timely delivery of assets

  • · Responsibility to maintain and enhance quality expected of Disney output

  • · To work closely with tech and delivery teams to improve workflow and efficiency of our internal tools and platforms

  • · To support the wider design and technology teams on other projects, including UX-focused projects, as and when required

Expected Areas of Competence

  • Experienced designer with excellent attention to detail

  • Highly organized individual with ability to manage large-scale asset production and multiple workflows

  • A skilled communicator, able to build positive and effective working relationships with cross-market partners and clients

  • Proactive problem solver, who takes initiative to ensure timely deliveries, and who looks for ways to improve

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience

  • You have experience creating high-quality experiences and user-flows across different touchpoints and platforms

  • You have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices and are a self-motivated problem-solver

  • You have proven skills and experience in UX design

  • You have an interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills

  • You have a strong work ethic, are reliable, adaptable, and work well with others

  • You can design within brand guidelines and contribute to the overall design language

  • You have expert knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • You are highly organized and can use project management tools to keep track of deliveries and progress

  • You are a hard-working team player and take pride to do the best work you can do

  • You have a positive, can-do attitude, and understand that success breeds opportunity.
