About the Role
Vanderlande delivers comprehensive life‑cycle services for material handling systems, with maintenance services playing a critical role in our core operations. As a Service Coordinator, you will support customers across the region by managing and coordinating all service activities related to maintenance contracts. You will ensure smooth and efficient back‑office operations while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This is a full‑time role based on regular office hours.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all service activities for maintenance contracts.
Handle back‑office operations including spare parts ordering, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Oversee service contract setup and maintenance in relevant systems.
Track and manage contract deliverables, ensuring all scope items are completed on time.
Support service activities such as:
Hotline support
Preventive maintenance visits
Inspection visits
Health checks
Emergency on‑site support
System monitoring
Spare parts management
Prepare quotations and support invoicing for emergency services.
Collaborate with the finance team on billing and receivables.
Generate service reports and monitor performance KPIs.
Partner with the spare parts department on inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Work efficiently with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in service contract management; exposure to procurement processes is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of contract scope management and deliverables.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Strong coordination, planning, and customer‑handling skills.
Proficiency in using CMMS and other relevant systems.
