Job Description

 eCommerce Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok )

  • Optimize product listings and manage promotions to enhance visibility and sales performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

  • Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Event Planning & Management

  • Organize and execute brand-related events, including product launches, pop-ups, and promotional events, to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

 Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media activities, and eCommerce sales.

  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proficiency in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

  • Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
