JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS:
An eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales and enhancing brand presence through eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Yaou will oversee product listings, manage promotional activities, optimize sales performance, and create engaging content across digital channels. Additionally, you will lead event planning initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
eCommerce Management
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Optimize product listings, manage promotions, and enhance visibility and sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Event Planning & Management
Organize and execute brand-related events, including product launches, pop-ups, and promotional events, to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media activities, and eCommerce sales.
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proficiency in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to industry changes.
