Job Description: CRM Project Manager
Pharma Commercial Client – IQVIA OCE to Vault CRM Migration
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead a critical transformation project for a pharmaceutical commercial client, overseeing the migration from IQVIA OCE applications to Vault CRM and additional Vault products. This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in CRM systems (particularly within the pharmaceutical industry), and the ability to coordinate the System Integrator (SI) delivery while collaborating with multiple partners and Veeva.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of the CRM migration project, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, SI partners, Veeva, and other technology vendors, facilitating effective communication and alignment across all parties.
Solution Oversight: Oversee the transition from IQVIA OCE to Vault CRM and other Vault products, ensuring business requirements are captured, validated, and implemented.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
Change Management: Support client teams through process changes, system adoption, and training to maximize user engagement and business value.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field PMP or similar certification preferred.
5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on CRM implementations or migrations in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving multi-vendor environments and third-party system integrators.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly IQVIA OCE and Veeva Vault CRM and related Vault products.
Strong understanding of Integrations platform and technologies including implementation knowledge for Pharma commercial domain
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical commercial operations is a plus.
Mandatory Skills
Strong project management and implementation exposure of CRM ecosystem on Salesforce.com , Veeva CRM or Vault platform for min 1-2 end to end programs
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions and data migration projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
