Your role will be to oversee the delivery of core analytical functions within the Energy Services division, including bill validation, forensic analysis, monthly recharge, and P&L analysis.

This is an office-based position located in Quinton, Birmingham.

What you will do

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of bill validation services whilst continually identifying and improving systems and processes.  You will be responsible for the delivery of the forensic analysis work that underpins our core growth areas. You will oversee the preparation and issue of monthly recharges and assist with creating new bespoke recharge methodologies when necessary.

You will be responsible for your direct reporting staff, providing professional coaching, support and direction.

How you will do it

  • Develop, improve and implement process and procedures
  • Coach and provide professional development to all team members
  • Identify and implement methods of increasing efficiencies while collating large invoice data sets
  • Prepare detailed written reports outlining identified opportunities
  • Escalation point of contact for all recharge queries
  • Act as day-to-day account manager for key clients
  • Prepare and issue regular monthly progress reports
  • Constantly review Energy Services processes for potential efficiency gains through enhanced use of MS Excel
  • Nurture customer and supplier relationships maintaining E2 Services Limited’s revenue streams, providing regular updates to E2 Services Limited’s Clients ensuring excellent customer service
