About Farsight

Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches. We not only give them that time back to focus on what is important, but we also bring new insights and knowledge to their materials that they wouldn’t be able to uncover without the help of our financial-focused AI.

We work with an immense amount of both public and private data, delivering highly accurate and auditable materials in an arena far too nuanced for large-scale AI out of the box. Oftentimes, our product generates outputs that outperform the work of existing employees.

Our mission is to upend the way financial services work in corporations gets done, effectively integrating AI into the financial needlework of every company.

Team

As a member of the Strategy & Operations interns, you’ll see what goes into being the connective tissue across Farsight: translating ideas into execution across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.

You’ll partner closely with engineers to help design and shape new product lines. You’ll see how we work with customers from onboarding to advanced workflow design.

This is a high-leverage, multi-disciplinary role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to directly shape a category-defining company.

We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).

We have gained financial domain knowledge from Evercore, General Atlantic, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and more!

What You'll Do

As a Strategy & Operations Intern at Farsight AI, you'll work alongside our engineering team on real projects that ship to production. This isn't just a side-project internship! You'll be deep in our stack, contributing to work that matters, and receiving the support you need to grow.

  • Work at the intersection of product and customers. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and users to design, test, and refine workflows on the Farsight platform, ensuring real-world impact.

  • Partner directly with customers. You’ll support onboarding, help configure workflows, and work alongside users to bring their use cases to life.

  • Turn ambiguity into execution. You’ll break down open-ended problems, prioritize effectively, and drive cross-functional projects across product, engineering, and customer success.

  • Shape product and strategy. You’ll gather frontline insights from users and translate them into actionable recommendations for product improvements and roadmap priorities.

  • Build systems that scale. You’ll help create internal playbooks, processes, and frameworks that enable Farsight to grow quickly without losing speed or quality.
