Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting network problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve system efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions. - Perform regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in network infrastructure management. - Assist in the development and implementation of network security protocols. - Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders. - Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
