Job Description

Purchasing is one of the critical functions in our organization responsible for developing sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management across all areas: from Marketing and Media, Labor and Logistics services to the purchase of Raw and Packing Materials as well as Equipment.


Responsibilities
• Creating and driving the strategy which ensures that goods and services meet quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Engaging both internal and external stakeholders to gather market intelligence, conduct benchmarking exercises, prioritize sourcing initiatives, and coordinate end-to-end processes
• Leading negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for short- and long-term business allocations, while also ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Analyzing supplier proposals, conducting competitive bidding processes, and negotiating to maximize the overall value delivered to the company in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and service levels
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could disrupt business operations
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate various processes, leveraging technology and best practices to drive operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Russia
• A university degree (diploma of higher education) is required (up to 3 years after graduation)
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership capabilities
