We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our in-house reception in the Security and Business Continuity Department.

About the position

Our reception is the first point of contact for our employees, contractors and guest. We are therefore looking for the right candidate, who can create a good first impression, great service, providing guidance and logistic assistance and be able to explain rules and guidelines for all types of people.

You will work close together with the Security team at Fujifilm Biotechnologies Denmark (FLBD), and you will, together with the other receptionist and the reception supervisor, plan and execute the reception’s tasks when we have new hire trainings, events and other service and security related tasks.

We expect you to continuously challenging and maintaining the service levels in the reception, including giving input to existing and new procedures to ensure they follow the security and company procedures and guidelines.

You must have a basic understanding of security and service culture combined, and be motivated by following procedures, reception uniform requirements etc.

If you are not experienced within all the bullets below, is the highest quality for us, a person who wants to learn, but most importantly, is the right match for our team. The tasks will vary, so our priority will be to find a person with the right “can-do” attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure service levels are maintained to the highest degree with particular attention paid to all persons at FLBD, ensuring all persons meet the highest quality of service and attention.
  • Support to the Reception Supervisor.
  • Ensure a good and visible Security culture for all staff, contractors, and guest at FLBD.
  • Performing daily reception tasks and ensure that daily, monthly, and yearly tasks is performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support the Security Operation with various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience with reception/service tasks.
  • Proficient in Danish and English – in writing and verbally.
  • High knowledge of IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, Share Point etc.
  • Experience from the Security Industry is preferred.
  • Reception educated or a similar relevant education is preferred.

You possess an analytical mindset and understand the importance of involving stakeholders in your daily work. You are independent and show a dynamic approach to your assignments.

The schedule is from 06:30 to 14:30 or 08:00-16:00, Monday to Thursday, Friday 06:30-14:00 or 08:00-15:30 but some days due to events, visits etc. can the normal schedule be changed.

About the Department

The Security and Business Continuity Department (SBC) is a part of ‘Facility and SBC’ there is an integrated part of our EOS (Engineering and Operational Support) organization at FLBD. We provide the highest possible service to the organization, and have a site wide appearance, cooperating with the whole site.

SBC is responsible for Reception Services, Site Security, Fire systems and strategy and Business Continuity Management. You will be a part of a team with different tasks and is expected to assist in assignments that are not only related to the reception but also related to Security in general.

You will be part of the daily roster and we expect you to perform all tasks required in a reception, and able to ensure a high-quality service in all reception areas.

Although the department is comprised in several distinct teams, is there an exceptional camaraderie and collaboration across. There is time for friendly conversations and shared laughter, fostering a positive and enjoyable working environment.
