Summary: As an Application Architect, you will provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. You will assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application architectures, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop application architectures that align with business goals and objectives. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Conduct impact assessments and produce estimates for client work requests. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. - Ensure compliance with architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure. - Hands-on experience with application integration technologies and frameworks, such as RESTful APIs and message queues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE, BTECH is required.
