Job Description

Purpose of the position/responsibilities

The perfect candidate will support Business Management colleagues during day to day interactions with commercial customers, aiming at improving client service and satisfaction in the overall best interest of Patheon. Join Business Management diverse team and contribute in creating a spectacular customer experience!

Specific assignments/primary activities:

Support Business Managers in the preparation of slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing Change Controls, preparing quotes and performing other supporting activities as needed.
Support with back office activities and trainings.
Support to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients in any situation.

GMP & Health & Safety:

They ensure cGMP is applied in work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work; fully aligned with all EH&S requirements and observes safety behavior in the working environment.

Relations:

They internally relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients

Requirements and qualifications:
Education
University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance and/or Business required

Technical skills
Proven understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required

Professional experiences
Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in project management, account management, sales or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities

Languages

They are work proficient in Italian and English

Personality skills

They have good analytical thinking and are business oriented

They have good capability to build and keep relationship internally and with customers

They are good team worker, but also capable to work autonomously and with proactive approach
