Business Operations Partner (m/f/d)

Business Operations Partners (BOPS) are the Primary interface within the Chief Marketing Office for local commercial leadership Marketing and Customer Facing Colleagues teams, to empower them to surpass their local growth objectives and achieve their priorities – through accelerated commercial transformations and elevated executional excellence at scale… with Chief Marketing Office’s end-to-end commercial expertise.

Primary interface between the country and the Chief Marketing Office

  • Anticipates future needs of the business based on strategic objectives and effectively communicates among Biopharma Operations to inform opportunities.
  • Works very closely with Country LT, maintains a deep understanding of the Country’s business strategies and key priorities.
  • Enables and leads matrix communications and management between Chief Marketing Office and the business, ensuring the commercial needs are represented in future planning.
  • Manages and escalates risks where appropriate to deliver the set objectives/goals.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the Chief Marketing Office enablement solutions and their impact on commercial driving objectives.
  • Represents Chief Marketing Office in Local Operating Plan, Brand Plan or Allocation Efforts
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ideate and devise interventions that align with the organization’s key Priorities.
  • Builds and maintains strong long-lasting relationships with Market Leaders and worldwide Pfizer agency for marketing asset creation.

Oversee Commercial Transformations & Execution Excellence

  • Accountable to ensure new tools, processes, and technologies of the Chief Marketing Office are successfully deployed and adopted within the market.
  • Accountable to understand the health of the operations for the market and orchestrate resolutions to improve Operational KPIs.
  • Orchestrates Chief Marketing Office efforts to execute on non-Business as Usual activities such as launch efforts, commercial redeployment, and commercial strategy changes.
  • Assesses local knowledge gaps of Chief Marketing Office solutions and partner with appropriate verticals to solve.
  • Identifies opportunities in the country to improve quality or process of solution adoption.
  • Drives change initiatives/projects and culture change across the team.

You offer:

  • Master’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience of demonstrated business acumen.
  • Effective in leading with authority to motivate and engage complex matrix team.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong cross functional collaboration and effective utilization of available resources.
  • Has commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management, having the ability to keep track of multiple projects.
  • Change Agile with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
