Are you a student with a passion for accounting and an eye for detail? We’re looking for 2 Interns – Accounting (AP) to join our team in Amsterdam!

 

As an intern at Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, you’ll work closely with our AP Accountants and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our dynamic Accounts Payable department. This is a great opportunity for driven, analytical, and Excel-savvy students eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

 

Important:

• This internship is only open to students who:
• Need to complete a university-accredited internship as part of their studies
• Have the legal right to work in The Netherlands (e.g. EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit)
• Able to work 32 to 40 hours a week

 What you’ll do:

• Process incoming invoices
• Help resolve supplier queries
• Support supplier setup and maintenance
• Prepare vendor liability and payment control reports
• Review AP aging lines and suspense accounts
• Join process improvement meetings
• Provide ad hoc support to other departments as needed

 

What you bring:

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills in English; another EU language is a plus
• Currently studying Finance or Accounting at HBO/BSc/MSc level
