Lead the planning and execution of Energy product launches. Bring in the right energy, collaboration ideas and events into key categories, and help to build sneaker culture and sports style innovation in Hong Kong
Specialize in knowing the street culture and related consumer insights in Hong Kong
Fully understand and be knowledgeable of our Nike collaborators and products, and lead NikeLab and Energy product communications
Contribute to the team’s development of strategy, project management, implementation and evaluation for both category and seasonal marketing initiatives
Bring new partnership ideas and opportunities to the team to maintain Nike’s competitive edge
Manage local energy marketing budget; execute strategies around brand and category stories
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience within branding marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, display and events; exposure within street culture, Influencer or Energy based marketing role will be a plus
Strong network and relationships with influencers, industry leaders and pioneers in art, creative, design, fashion
Excellent knowledge and genuine passion for sneaker culture, fashion, art design and the Nike brand
Concrete experience managing complex projects, programs and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders
Previous experience in Sports Company will be an advantage
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
