MSL (Player/Coach)
We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for Medical Science Liaison Player-Coach with experience in viral liver disease, hepatology, Infectious Disease/HIV to initiate scientific dialogue within the therapeutic area centers through scientific discussions with clinical physicians, staff and other stakeholders, on behalf of our client. You will provide peer-to-peer educational dialogue in support of the clinical trial teams. In addition, you will ensure compliant and high-quality clinical scientific communication. You will be asked to contribute clinical insight to inform decision making on various aligned teams.
The MSL Player Coach will have all of the functional responsibilities of the MSLs and will also provide coaching and mentoring for MSL skills development and overall performance. The MSL Player Coach will be responsible for a territory to manage with added coaching responsibilities. Goals will be accomplished by the development and execution of a business plan in concert with the business objectives of the organization and appropriate internal Clients. The MSL Player-Coach will need to cover North America (US & Canada) for field visits.

The potential base pay range for this role is $220,000-240,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
