Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in diverse environments within Renault Group.
Strong global perspective with a keen sense of operational execution.
Exceptional planning and structuring skills, with experience in managing transversal projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong interest and proficiency in digital tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and drive new initiatives.
Fluency in French and English.
