Your team
Join Julius Baer’s Product Management team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the development and optimisation of the Bank’s balance sheet products — including client deposits and funding solutions.
Working closely with experienced product managers, you will assist in analysing market trends, evaluating product performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role offers valuable exposure to key banking functions such as Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and IT, giving you a holistic view of how product initiatives are delivered in a global wealth management environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE

What to work on:

• Support market and competitor analysis for balance sheet products

• Assist in assessing product performance using data and reporting tools

• Help map and improve end-to-end operational processes

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal discussions

What to learn:

• Learn about regulatory, commercial, and strategic considerations in product development

• Learn about client deposits and funding solutions

YOUR PROFILE

• Recently completed Bachelor or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or a related field

• Initial practical experience in finance/banking/consulting/technology and skills/knowledge in banking products is a plus

• Structured, reliable, and eager to learn in a professional corporate setting

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• Analytical mindset with good Excel skills; experience with PowerPoint and data visualisation tools is a plus

• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus

• Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
