Position Summary...

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll do...

Delivers functional, financial, and compliance related training courses to any/all levels of associates by remaining up to date on all training content (for example, One Best Way); practicing and executing teach backs; encouraging participant involvement; applying adult learning techniques and methods to facilitation; managing class time appropriately including activities and block schedules; and conducting assessment execution.

Supports store talent and operation standards by aligning with store leadership; developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including site visits at stores served; ensuring consistent execution of department tours in collaboration with store leadership; influencing and aligning on course of action to eliminate standard gaps; following up with Academy participants; serving as a resource for standard questions and best practice execution (for example, One Best Way, Happy to Help); and providing and modeling company customer service standards.

Oversees job-related activities and assignments in order to meet customer and business needs by engaging in career development and individual goal planning; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; demonstrating adaptability; and promoting an environment of continuous learning.

Enhances the learner experience by ensuring the training environment is conducive to learning (for example, room set-up, learning/teaching aids, area specific sales floor standards); rehearsing course content prior to delivery; gathering and acting on feedback; researching, compiling, and analyzing data to recommend program enhancements; and implementing program improvements to course content to ensure learning objectives are met.

The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$120,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
