Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that client issues are accurately defined and resolved through your comprehensive product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance client satisfaction. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS /400 Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with client relationship management and support tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM AS /400 Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
