Job summary:

  • As an ERP Module Expert and Business Analyst – Finance you will actively be responsible for supporting business processes, maintaining documentation (manuals, standard Finance procedures etc.), testing, training, and implementing technology under the Catering Platform.
  • Finance Account Payable Expert/Analyst should understand, articulate, and implement best practices related to Finance/Controlling and providing support to the Product Owner.
  • You will provide guidance on how your area of capability can resolve an organizational need, and actively contribute to all phases of the process and technology development will contribute mainly on the planning, testing and deployment.
  • You must cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, project managers and senior staff members.
  • The nature of the position involves actively participating in multiple workgroups at one time and disseminating information across all levels of the organization.
  • The role will also be responsible for adherence to the project’s Key Event Schedule (KES) for training, data setup/migration and other key activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ERP rollout project across global rollout sites including:

  • Support business processes and Catering Platform Application procedures.
  • Support in the project scoping, gap analysis & business requirements gathering.
  • Support in the initial analysis and the Key Event Schedule (KES) set up.
  • Continuously improve the skills and processes to speed up the conversion and reduce
    project effort.
  • Develop and document the processes, functions, and procedures for appropriate modules and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all Business Process Blueprints are followed.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in line with Business and IT Global application Team demands.
  • Update User Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and other relevant documentations.
  • Support data set up, cleansing & migration onsite and online.
  • Training of Super users.
  • Maintenance of training records and training matrix.
  • Conduct data quality audit and KPI monitoring.
  • Support automatization and integration of finance tools to improve process and quality.
  • Update the Product Owners and the Project Managers on team on progress through the KES.
  • Monitoring on the Releases, coordinating with Deployment Team.
  • Technology Road map for Planning and alignment with ERP Deployment Roadmap.
  • Assignment of Jira’s in the upcoming releases.
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the meetings with business partners.
  • Manage and Communicate the Technology Projects through the KES.
  • Standardize business processes and practices alongside gate-OPEX.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; business, engineering or science disciplines preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years IT ERP work experience or minimum of 2 years IT experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Airline catering industry experience desirable.

Technical/Language Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of catering operations, processes, and techniques
  • Understanding and experience with multiple ERP applications (SACS/SAP) or similar
  • Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to organize and track large numbers of simultaneous activities.
  • Ability to see risks and recommend mitigation approaches and identify issues while managing effective outcomes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Email, Access, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Fast learner that can think “out of the box” and come up with creative solutions.
  • Good understanding of commercial and financial implications of operational changes
  • Understanding of health and safety, food hygiene, security regulations, compliance
  • Project management experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal; Other European languages an advantage, German and French are a plus.

Travel:

  • On average, you will be required to travel and work away from home up to 25% of the time.
