ETF Enthusiast Wanted – Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager

Are you ready to elevate your career? Euronext is seeking a dedicated Senior Product Manager to lead our Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) strategy. If you have a passion for finance, in particular Post-Trade, and a knack for strategic thinking, we want to hear from you!

Main Purpose: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our ETF product strategy and achieving business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating across teams to ensure the successful development, management, and post-trade optimisation of primarily our ETF offerings, including overseeing settlement processes and enhancing post-trade efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage business cases with a focus on profitability.
• Oversee post-trade processes, focusing on efficient settlement operations and compliance
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Recommend and manage budgets for product portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for ETF products.
• Lead projects and support business convergence initiatives.
• Collaborate on new product development to meet market needs.
• Analyse the competitive landscape and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance market share.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in product management or business development within the finance sector, preferable within Post-Trade
• Strong knowledge of the European ETF market.
• Ability to think globally and make data-driven decisions.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work with urgency.
• Informal leadership skills with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of higher education or relevant experience.

The role is based in our Paris or Milan office, and collaborate closely with our CSD teams primarily based in Milan, Porto, Copenhagen and Oslo, but also team members across other Euronext locations.
