Job Summary

The Director is in an operations role responsible for oversight of multiple clinics within a specific territory. Overseeing LVN office managers in accordance with organization’s policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include planning, leading, executing and meeting organization goals and targets developed in collaboration with the management team. Additionally, the Director serves as the nursing expert that will develop education and in-service training for Medical Assistants (MA’s) such as new hire training and annual competency training and providing insight/feedback to help standardize Medical Equipment and Supplies used across all clinics. Other duties include working with Sites in preparation of Site Audits, developing, and maintaining Clinical Policies and Procedures.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or healthcare field; a combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Minimum of 5 years of experience managing clinical sites and/or a medical group setting. Strong organizational problem solving, time management, verbal and writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all areas within and outside of the organization i.e patients, physicians, administration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

c. Minimum License Requirement : California RN License.

Pay Range:

$62.25 - $91.50
