Job Description:

his Senior Technical Consultant Position seeks a seasoned professional with a robust background in technical consulting and project management. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience collaborating with the Hong Kong Government and hold a profound understanding of diverse technical realms such as AI, process automation, cloud computing, and network technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting services to clients across various industries, with a specific emphasis on the Public and Government sectors
  • Assume project manager, lead consultant, and technical consultant roles in a spectrum of consulting projects, encompassing feasibility studies, the formulation of departmental IT plans, and the execution of technical studies
  • Offer technical guidance on cutting-edge technologies like AI, process automation, cloud computing, Wi-Fi, networks, and 5G
  • Serve as a project manager for custom applications or ERP projects

Qualification Requirements

  • Technical consulting exposure with the Hong Kong Government and public sector entities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, crafting departmental IT plans, and executing technical studies
  • More than a decade of experience in government and public sector projects
  • Over 10 years of experience in consulting and project management
  • Prior involvement in managing custom application/ERP projects is preferred
  • Technical advisory experience in AI, process automation, cloud computing, Wi-Fi, networks, and 5G is advantageous
  • Possession of a degree in Business, Computer Science, E-commerce, AI, or related disciplines
